Tasks

When you join our team, you will:

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with external Lufthansa Technik suppliers.
  • Monitor the supply chain of aircraft materials to ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Manage repair parts workflows and track performance according to agreed KPIs.

  • Support the resolution of operational issues and ensure smooth workflow execution.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support purchasing and operational activities within the team.

Requirements

You match our need, if you have:

  • University degree (or last year student)
  • Very good English knowledge (both written and spoken)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work well in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility regarding workload, working hours and occasional business travel.
