We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering professional with deep expertise in enterprise document processing, data platform architecture, and AI-enabled data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable data ecosystems that leverage both structured and unstructured data to drive business insights, knowledge discovery, and intelligent search experiences. This individual will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions while supporting the full product development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale document processing solutions, including OCR, metadata extraction, content enrichment, indexing, enterprise search, and knowledge discovery capabilities.
Strong Data Engineering expertise with a track record of designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines, platforms, and processing frameworks.
Experience designing solutions that leverage both structured and unstructured data to enable AI, enterprise search, knowledge management, analytics, and data-driven insights.
Advanced hands-on experience architecting and implementing modern data lake solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Databricks.
Working knowledge of graph databases and knowledge graph concepts to support enterprise search, knowledge discovery, and AI-powered use cases.
Strong foundation in data modeling, data structures, algorithms, and data integration practices to ensure efficient, scalable, and reliable data management.
Demonstrated experience applying DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, monitoring, deployment, and continuous improvement of data platforms and products.
Experience with workflow orchestration and automation tools to manage complex data processing, integration, and operational workflows.
Proven ability to support the full Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment, operational support, and continuous enhancement.
Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and tools, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
Experience working in Agile environments, including SAFe, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive outcomes across technical and non-technical audiences.
