Financial Controller

• *The Financial Controller**

will support the financial management and reporting processes of the company. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel capabilities to ensure accurate financial analysis, reporting, and operational support.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budget tracking.
• Monitor financial performance and identify variances, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare financial analyses and management reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting processes.
• Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools in Excel.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal financial procedures.
• Support cost control and profitability analysis across projects and business units.
• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation of financial reports.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial models).
• English – minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
• German - minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems is considered an advantage.
