Full Stack Engineer

Company Description: Plexys is building a sovereign route to workflow automation for Europe’s public sector and enterprises. The company’s open-source platform, Atlas, uses AI agents, integrations, and orchestration components to streamline complex workflows. Atlas runs on sovereign private datacenter infrastructure, reducing licensing fees, vendor lock-in, and foreign data dependencies.

Role Description: We are looking for an experienced full stack developer for our core engineering team at Plexys. You will architect rich user experiences and corresponding backend customizations for our commercial and public sector clients.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Maintain and extend a local git fork of our backend, proactively managing upstream merges and upgrades to ensure long-term architectural compatibility.
• Mandate a Spec-Driven Development (SDD) workflow using the OpenSpec framework.
• Work with UI/UX mock-ups provided by a designated team.
• Respect CI/CD pipeline integration & validation rules.
• Harness local and SaaS LLM inference

Tech stack

• Core: Vue.js, Go, PostgreSQL, Podman, Cockpit
• Planning & Collaboration: Forgejo, OpenSpec
• Infrastructure: On-prem (hardware) and Cloud-based SaaS
• Experience with integrations & Agentic AI is an advantage

This is a full-time role in the office (hybrid optional).
