What We're Looking For:

▸ 3+ years of professional Java development experience;

▸ Strong knowledge of Javа and object-oriented programming (OOP);

▸ Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA;

▸ Experience with relational databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and document-oriented databases (NoSQL);

▸ Knowledge of design patterns and architectural principles;

▸ Ability to write efficient, scalable, testable, and maintainable code;

▸ Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;

▸ Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT or similar);

▸ Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Nice to Have:

▸ BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent;

▸ Experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks;

▸ Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design;

▸ Familiarity with centralized logging and monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, etc.);

▸ Interest in modern software engineering practices, AI technologies, and continuous learning.

▸ Develop new features and system components across active projects;

▸ Participate in technical meetings and contribute with ideas and solutions;

▸ Collaborate with developers, QA, and analysts at various levels;

▸ Uphold code quality standards and follow CI/CD best practices;

▸ Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing;

▸ Document architectures, algorithms, and designs through diagrams.
