Established in 2013, with an office in Sofia, Bulgaria, our growing global team of highly skilled professionals offer our clients expertly developed software, a spectacular selection of games, comprehensive business solutions, achieved through our marketing, analytical, and support services, while still retaining the enthusiasm of industry pioneers.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support across multiple channels while actively contributing to sales initiatives and outbound campaigns. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience, regulatory compliance, and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound phone calls to existing and inactive players.
  • Reactivate lapsed players through targeted offers and promotions.
  • Convert contacted players into active and depositing players.
  • Up-sell bonuses, reload offers, tournaments, and loyalty/VIP incentives.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with players.
  • Identify player needs and tailor offers accordingly.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Accurately record call outcomes and player activity in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the Retention team to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Follow all compliance, regulatory, and responsible gaming guidelines.
  • Respect opt-outs, call restrictions, and player limits.
  • Escalate responsible gaming concerns when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills in German.
  • Good level of English is a must (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent sales skills.
  • Strong customer focus with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Sales-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Comfortable handling outbound calls and proactive customer engagement.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work within established procedures.
