We are looking for a detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to build and configure validation and transformation logic. In this role, you will bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and technical execution, ensuring that complex financial data is accurate, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into our clients’ platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Data Validation & Logic Configuration
- Review, develop, and configure data accuracy validations based on specifications from the Regulatory Affairs team.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of all implemented logic to ensure zero-defect reporting.
- Implement and optimize data transformation logic as requested by clients or Product Owners.
Project Management
- Lead and manage small-scale projects from end-to-end.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within the defined scope.
- Utilize project management tools to maintain transparency and efficiency.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Service Delivery Managers, and Clients to understand and translate business requirements.
- Provide technical troubleshooting for validation and transformation processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and implementation details for future scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex logic structures and large datasets.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel is essential. Exposure to Python or other data-centric technologies is highly valued.
- Data Expertise: Proven experience with data validation, transformation logic, or ETL processes.
- Project Coordination: Experience managing small projects, including task coordination and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with JIRA or Trello is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements is a significant advantage.
Person Specification
- Experience: 2 years in data analysis, data management services, or a similar technical-functional role.
- Communication: Ability to specify technical requirements clearly and communicate them effectively to development teams via JIRA tickets.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring that transformation rules are both efficient and accurate.
