For our client, an international company leader in their field we are looking for an IT Administrator. The role is essential to support the team in Bulgaria with all IT related matters.
About the job:
Administration & Productivity
- Provide advanced support for Windows laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, OS, and application issues
- Manage device setup, configuration, and lifecycle management
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Ensure a high-quality end-user experience and fast incident resolution
Endpoint & Identity Management
- Manage Windows device configuration and policies
- Administer Active Directory (users, groups, access permissions)
- Support device management platforms such as Intune
- Assist with policy deployment, device compliance, and endpoint configuration
Infrastructure
- Monitor and support the corporate IT environment including workstations and user services
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues affecting end-user systems (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
- Work with infrastructure teams when issues relate to networking, servers, or security systems
Security & Compliance
- Follow and enforce IT security policies and best practices
- Support patch management, endpoint protection, and device compliance
- Assist with identifying and resolving security or access-related incidents
IT service management
- Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in IT improvement initiatives, upgrades, and deployments
- Act as an escalation point for complex end-user issues
- 2–4 years experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or End-User Computing roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 environments
- Experience managing Active Directory (Entra ID is a plus)
- Some experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with Intune or other endpoint management tools
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) for troubleshooting
- Experience with enterprise device environments and endpoint security
- Strong English skills, minimum B2
- Fluent Bulgarian language
