IT Manager

The company offers its startups tech and business support, which facilitates market launch and growth of new companies.

Daftcode works with individual startup founders, early-stage projects and existing startups looking for financing rounds or support in commercialization and business scaling.

We're looking for an IT Manager to join our team at one of our portfolio companies - UnRamp, a crypto exchange service provider, operator of a platform available at unramp.com.

Your Scope

You will oversee the system architecture and maintain technical documentation to keep our infrastructure scalable and organized.

You will manage all deployment processes and release cycles to ensure every change is tracked and approved.

You will handle the full lifecycle of user access and permissions across all systems to keep our environment secure.

You will implement and monitor IT risk frameworks to ensure we meet regulatory standards like MiCA and DORA.

You will maintain system logging and monitoring tools to quickly identify and resolve any technical incidents.

You will act as the main technical point of contact for developers and external infrastructure providers.

You will supervise third-party technical vendors and ensure they meet our performance and security standards.

You will run regular tests on system performance and backups to guarantee business continuity and data integrity.

You will work closely with product teams to ensure new features are built according to our security and control requirements.

We Are Looking For Someone With

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT, preferably with a background in agency or startup environments.

Professional experience specifically within crypto or fintech products (nice to have).

Proven track record of building and delivering applications, regardless of the specific programming languages.

Strong command of cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS.

Proficiency in containerization and modern deployment workflows.

Advanced understanding of how the internet works, including networking, REST APIs, and JSON.

Practical knowledge of blockchain fundamentals and decentralized system operations.

Experience and openness to using AI-first development workflows to drive efficiency.

Ability to operate as a "one-man army," capable of gluing different systems and processes together independently.

Knowledge of IAM frameworks and access management procedures.

Familiarity with IT compliance and risk management (MiCA/DORA experience is a plus).
