Java FullStack Developer

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable web applications. You will work on cloud-native systems, leveraging AI tools and modern frameworks to deliver high-performance software.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end full stack applications (backend frontend)
• Build scalable REST APIs and microservices using Java & Spring ecosystem
• Develop responsive UI using modern frontend frameworks (React/JS)
• Integrate AI-driven features and automation into development workflows
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver production-grade solutions
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
• Debug, test, and deploy applications with minimal downtime
• Work in Agile environments with continuous delivery practices

Requirements

Backend

• Strong experience in Java (8 )
• Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
• Hibernate / JPA
• REST API development

Frontend

• JavaScript (ES6 )
• React.js (preferred) or Angular
• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap

Database

• SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle)
• Experience with data modeling & query optimization

Tools & Practices

• Git / GitHub
• CI/CD pipelines
• Unit testing (JUnit)
• Agile / Scrum methodologies

Preferred / Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, serverless architecture)
• Hands-on use of GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev)
• Understanding of AI-assisted development workflows
• Experience building cloud-native, distributed systems
• Knowledge of performance tuning and system optimization

Experience Requirements

• 4 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience building production-grade backend systems
• Experience working in Agile teams and fast-paced environments
