What is the role?

As а Lead DevOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in implementing and managing continuous integration and delivery pipelines for satellite software projects. You will collaborate with software development teams to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. You will also utilize infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform for efficient management of our satellite systems while monitoring and optimizing our performance metrics.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

Lead e team of DevOps engineers

Implementing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform

Designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for various projects

Automating routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency

Monitoring and optimizing cloud resources for cost-effectiveness

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications

What do we look for?

Proficiency in AWS - Ability to design and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code

Experience with deploying and scaling applications using Kubernetes, and following GitOps principles

Solid experience with Kubernetes

Capability to automate builds, and deployments efficiently.

Experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI

Focus on streamlining operations and improving system reliability through automation
