Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Specialist Comet Electronics is an established Bulgarian company with over 30 years of experience in the import and distribution of electronic components, equipment, and consumables. The company has successfully developed its business in Bulgaria, Romania, and Serbia and is a trusted partner of leading global manufacturers.

As part of the continued expansion of our team, we are looking for an organized, responsible, and motivated professional for the position of:

LOGISTICS SPECIALISTKey Responsibilities:

• Coordinate administrative activities related to logistics processes;
• Prepare, process, and compile commercial, transport, and customs documentation;
• Prepare and electronically submit documents to the relevant authorities;
• Handle operational activities related to import and export customs documentation;
• Represent the company before customs authorities;
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs representatives, and other business partners;
• Process documentation related to intra-Community acquisitions and supplies of goods within the EU;
• Ensure that all documentation is properly prepared, maintained, and archived in compliance with applicable legislation.

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree (technical education will be considered an advantage);
• Working proficiency in English;
• Good computer skills – MS Office and web-based applications;
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the same or a similar position;
• Knowledge of electronics will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of finance and accounting will be considered an advantage.
