As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will own the quality strategy for a significant product domain while leading a talented team of Quality Engineers supporting multiple engineering teams. Through your partnership with other Quality Engineering (QE) leaders, you’ll help shape and evolve our quality tooling and practices and continue to build a culture where quality is a shared responsibility.
Our teams support quality efforts across multiple product domains, invest heavily in automation, and embrace AI-assisted development. This role requires technical judgement, strong people leadership, and the ability to build trust across teams.
Success in this role is measured by the quality of the software your team helps deliver, the growth of the quality engineers you lead, and your ability to influence how quality is built into the software development lifecycle.
You Will Be Successful In This Role If You
Quality Engineering is also at an inflection point. We're actively building what AI-assisted quality engineering looks like in practice, and this role has direct influence over how that evolves — not adopting a playbook someone else already wrote.
You'll do this alongside the rest of the QE leadership team -- sharing practices, tackling problems together, and growing together. You won't be leading in isolation.
