About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to support our team within a fast paced real estate investment environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, outstanding written English, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative support to management and investment team
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with document management, filing systems, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
- Welcome visitors and act as the main point of contact in the office
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff and office services
- Assist with basic research, data gathering, and document preparation for real estate transactions
- Maintain office organization and support general operational tasks
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); proven grammatical accuracy and strong writing skills
- Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office coordination role
- Experience in real estate, investments, finance, or professional services is an advantage
- High degree of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior management or investment teams
- Familiarity with real estate documents, transactions, or financial terminology
