We are currently seeking a Performance Analyst to join our Logistics team and support growth and optimization through KPI management and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Forecast Analysis and Capacity Planning – Work closely with our Capacity and Efficiency Experts to provide in-depth analysis and forecasting for workforce management.
- Reporting – Prepare specialized reports related to production and logistics capacity.
- KPI Management and Visualization – Transform raw data into meaningful KPIs, presented clearly and effectively for use in strategic decision-making and management meetings.
- Monitoring and Analysis – Analyze data related to the vehicle fleet, transportation operations, and supply chain performance.
- Working with Diverse Data Sets – Manage and analyze large volumes of data, including numerous SKUs and information from all logistics departments.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in business data analysis (Logistics, Last Mile, Sales, Marketing)
- Experience consulting and advising business units based on data insights
- Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively utilize AI tools in daily work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong motivation and a proactive approach to driving change and improvement.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
