Project Coordinator (Games)
Описание на позицията
What you would do
You will drive the rhythm of game development by aligning teams, priorities, and timelines into a smooth, high-performing production flow. Working across multiple disciplines, you’ll bring clarity to complexity - coordinating efforts, tracking progress, and ensuring every piece of the pipeline moves in sync toward release.
You’ll anticipate challenges before they surface, balance team capacity against ambitious roadmaps, and help turn plans into predictable, on-time deliveries. We value smart, efficient processes, so you’ll continuously look for ways to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and eliminate repetitive work through automation and better tooling.
Beyond coordination, you’ll build visibility through data - using metrics and insights to support decisions, improve performance, and help the division focus on what matters most: creating great games.
