About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify inbound leads and turn interest into real sales conversations.
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, engaging them, understanding their needs, and booking qualified meetings for our clients’ sales teams.
This role requires working US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and respond to inbound leads (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Engage prospects and identify their needs
- Book qualified meetings for clients’ sales teams
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion
- Collaborate with the team to improve qualification and campaigns
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Sales / SDR / BDR roles
- Experience working with SaaS or tech companies
- Comfortable prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset
- Ability to work US working hours
