Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative located in Sofia, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Sales
Representative will actively engage in identifying and reaching out to potential customers, managing client relationships, and presenting automation solutions tailored to customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, collaborating with the internal team to offer customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the growth of DHR Engineering.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Engagement, and Relationship Management
- Strong abilities in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiations
- Knowledge of Automation Solutions, Manufacturing Processes, or 3D Printing
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
