Your future duties and responsibilities
- Guide and coach teams in Agile principles to achieve high performance
- FacilitateAgile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective communication and collaboration in the team, with other teams as well as customers and stakeholders
- Foster Continuous Team Improvement by identifying inefficiencies and drive process optimization
- Keep an eye on the psychological safety of your teams, manage team dependencies and risks, ensuring timely mitigation and clear communication
- Improve team processes and ensure alignment with organizational and Agile guidelines
- Collaborate and exchange with other Scrum Masters to work on a continuous improvement of the whole project
- Coaching POs in product backlog management and prioritization techniques
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- At least 3 years of recent experience in agile development projects within a larger multi-team ecosystem and complex stakeholder environments
- Proven track record (with references) of leading and coaching Agile delivery teams in complex environments, applying Scrum and/or Kanban
- Experienced in facilitating workshops and team sessions (Sprint events, retrospectives, cross-team alignment), using tools such as Miro or Mural to support collaboration
- Ability to foster collaboration and maintain transparency across and between teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pragmatist with a strong focus on everyday impact
- Can give support during change, uncertainty and transitions
- Solid Agile fundamentals with a hands-on mentality rather than a dogmatic approach
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
- Teams Facilitation and Coaching skills to monitor team maturity and drive continuous improvement
- Knowledge of scaled agility (SAFe, LeSS)
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Expertise in Jira or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Project Management Tools, Data Analysis, Metrics Tracking and Reporting
- Stakeholder Management
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- User Experience (UX) Design knowledge
- Experience in dependency & risk management and stakeholder alignment
- Cloud technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
