Senior Angular Developer

We are seeking a highly capable Mid–Senior Angular Developer on a Contract Basis(Sofia, Bulgaria) basis to join a fast-paced team building scalable, high-performance front-end applications. This opportunity is ideal for someone with deep expertise in modern Angular, strong performance optimisation skills, and experience working within large-scale complex codebases.

Key Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions) and modern Angular features
• Deep understanding of Angular architecture, change detection, signals, RxJS and state management
• Experience working within large monorepos such as Nx, Lerna or Turborepo
• Experience in gaming or sports betting platforms desirable
• Proven experience in front-end performance optimisation
• Solid experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) such as Angular Universal
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML and CSS / SCSS
• Experience integrating REST APIs and asynchronous programming patterns
• Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues in a structured manner
• Strong understanding of testing, code quality and engineering best practices
• Exposure to real-time data handling and high-frequency UI updates desirable
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures desirable
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks desirable
• Strong problem-solving, communication and ownership mindset
