We are looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer with expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow and a proven track record in Deep Learning to build the next generation of identity verification technology. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who wants to develop innovative solutions in Generative AI, image enhancement, and segmentation, working on real-world products.

YOUR MISSION:

• Translate advanced theories into practical, high-performance Computer Vision solutions. Decompose complex challenges - from classification to generative AI - and move from design to production-ready code.
• Own the full lifecycle of Computer Vision solutions, providing end-to-end architecture and development that scales.
• Implement and optimize sophisticated models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, focusing on image enhancement, segmentation, and the interface between vision and natural language processing.
• Optimize developed solutions for real-world, high-volume production environments, ensuring low-latency and high-reliability performance.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of AI specialists, software developers, and engineers to integrate vision-language models (LLMs) and ensure seamless product performance.
• Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and addressing the implications of evolving regulatory requirements and emerging fraud threats.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:

• 5 years of Software Development experience in a commercial environment;
• Proven expertise in Computer Vision solutions and a solid understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and validation techniques;
• Proficiency with major Deep Learning frameworks, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow;
• M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Exact Sciences, or a relevant Engineering field;
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams alongside software developers, electronics engineers, and AI specialists;
• Creative thinking and the ability to apply advanced theories to solve practical, real-world problems.

NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE:

• Hands-on experience in developing and training large Vision-Language models or LLMs;
• Deep understanding of the interface between Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing.
