Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python) at BairesDev

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of applications, balancing backend logic with dynamic frontend interfaces. You will drive technical standards and modernize legacy systems, ensuring high performance and scalability across the entire technology stack.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications using Python and JavaScript.
• Design and optimize robust RESTful APIs and backend services to support application functionality.
• Build interactive and responsive frontend components following modern design patterns.
• Architect scalable solutions and establish technical standards for code quality and system health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-impact technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and clean code.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Full-Stack Development.
• Proven expertise in developing full-stack applications using Python and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience modernizing legacy systems and working across frontend and backend layers.
• Strong understanding of database management and web development principles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
