Senior Java

Engineer at BairesDev Lead the development of enterprise-level Java applications that drive business innovation and technical excellence. This role combines advanced programming expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on designing scalable architectures, mentoring development teams, and implementing best practices across complex software projects.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop sophisticated Java applications with focus on scalability and performance.
• Lead technical decisions and provide architectural guidance for development initiatives.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers in Java best practices and software engineering principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Drive code quality through reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Evaluate and implement new Java technologies and frameworks to enhance development capabilities.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience with Java development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and enterprise application architecture.
• Extensive experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and database technologies.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and testing methodologies.
