Senior ServiceNow Platform Developer

This job operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to be based in Bulgaria.

YOUR MISSION

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow configurations to ensure optimal functionality
• Lead the rollout of new applications and modules
• Create and design application modules and digital workflows to streamline processes
• Prepare detailed specifications for application builds and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Handle general updates, configuration changes, and user requests

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON)
• Experienced in Agile methodology and systems/processes automation
• Certified ServiceNow Developer and ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
• Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges and achieve goals
