Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
• Document development processes, code changes, and application configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its functionalities.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and database concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
