Software Engineering Manager (Agile teams)

The Software Engineering Manager for Agile teams is responsible for building and leading high-performing, Agile teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

This role ensures the teams meet business objectives, adhere to Agile principles, and continuously improve their processes. The manager also oversees project execution,

resource allocation, and team development while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

This role contributes to the successful execution of technology projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in line with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Own technology projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across teams and with stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards while driving innovation within the team.

You are the ideal candidate, if you have:

• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing technical projects and ensuring timely delivery
• Adaptability and problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Expertise in Agile, and Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps
• Adaptability to shifting priorities
• Problem-solving under pressure
• Encouraging innovation and creativity within teams
• Strong background in database technologies (Oracle)
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic leadership
