Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Developer role based in Manama. The Developer will design, build, and maintain web and mobile applications, ensuring clean, efficient, and secure code. Daily tasks include implementing new features, fixing bugs, integrating APIs and third-party services, and collaborating with designers and marketers to deliver cohesive digital solutions.

The role involves participating in code reviews, optimizing performance, and writing technical documentation to support maintainability. The Developer will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to project planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in core programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, or similar).
• Candidates should possess practical experience in backend development and databases (e.g., RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and server-side technologies such as .NET, Java, PHP, or Python).
• Candidates should possess familiarity with mobile development tools and platforms (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or hybrid app frameworks).
• Candidates should possess knowledge of software development practices (e.g., Git version control, testing and debugging, CI/CD pipelines, and basic security principles).
• Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate with design and marketing teams, with an understanding of UI/UX principles and performance optimization for user-facing applications.
• Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in professional development roles.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in digital agencies or product companies, familiarity with agile methodologies, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
