We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, focusing on enhancing our scripting capabilities and addressing challenges on publisher sites. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in JavaScript/TypeScript, with a deep understanding of web technologies and best practices. This role involves not only troubleshooting and improving existing scripts but also developing functional tests to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of our products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Script: You will be responsible for monitoring and addressing issues that arise on publisher sites, ensuring a seamless experience for users and clients alike. Your quick thinking and problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining the functionality of our scripts.

2. Develop Functional Tests: Using Selenium, you will write and implement functional tests to verify that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Your work will help to identify potential issues before they impact our clients, ensuring a proactive approach to software development.

3. Improve Script Performance: You will continuously seek ways to enhance and refine our scripts. This includes optimizing performance and effectiveness, allowing our solutions to stay ahead of evolving threats in the cybersecurity landscape.

4. Investigative Tasks: Engaging in various investigative tasks will be essential to diagnosing and resolving complex issues. Your analytical skills will help uncover the root causes of problems, leading to more effective solutions.

Desired candidate profile

Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with pure JavaScript and TypeScript is essential. A solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) is also required.
• Web Technologies Knowledge: Familiarity with the iFrame element and different browser APIs is necessary for effective troubleshooting and script development.
• Computer Science Fundamentals: A basic understanding of computer science principles, algorithms, and data structures is important for creating efficient solutions.
• Networking Protocols: A foundational knowledge of HTTP and WebSocket protocols will aid in understanding the interactions within our systems.
• CI/CD Experience: Experience in building CI/CD pipelines on platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket is a must to ensure streamlined development processes.
• Language Proficiency: An upper-intermediate or higher level of English is required for effective communication within the team and with clients.
