I am an HR Assistant at H ALDHAEN BOATS, a leading manufacturer of luxury boats in Bahrain. I manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments while complying with legal and organizational standards. I also oversee indemnity claims, providing dedicated support to employees throughout the claims process, fostering a culture of care and empathy.

In addition, I maintain meticulous records of employee leave balances, craft comprehensive employment agreements, and spearhead contract renewal initiatives. I leverage my BBA degree from Arab Open University and my ongoing CIPD Level 3 studies at BIBF to develop and gain knowledge in terms of HR practices.
