I am Dr. Jeethu Ramachandran, an Ayurvedic physician specializing in women’s health, hormones, and menstrual health, with over ten years of experience across India, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. As a faculty member at Ayurveda Academy Chile and consultant with Om Experts, I’m dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace Ayurveda for holistic wellness.
