• Install Windows Server & SQL Server.
• Configure the ERP Application as per the respective division requirements.
• Provide Full Cycle ERP Training.
• Analysed all aspects of server upgrade deployment for all workstations.
• Created desktop standardization and dashboards and provided ad-hoc reports using MS Access and MySQL Query Analyser
• Gathered and assessed needs from internal business units; created custom solutions to resolve issues (e.g., system slowdowns, virus outbreaks and process bottlenecks); and developed functional specifications for IT group.
• Created and enhanced the stored procedures and functions to support efficient data storage and manipulation for VAT reports as per the format requested.
• Configure Foodics POS system (Restaurant) Cloud based application and provide end user training.
• Co-ordination with Developers for POS – ERP Integration.
• Design and Develop various custom Invoice / Receipts / Vouchers etc. report as per the respective division request.
• Regular Back-up of ERP Application & Auto Back-up for SQL Database.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and End user support like Employee Email Activation
• Configure and Maintain the Firewall to provide access the application outside networks
• Travel to the respective division locations for IT Support services as on when needed.
