I am an IT Specialist, IOT Analyst and a System Administrator
•Assisted in the set up the business network with setup of switches, routers and modems while also assigning the network infrastructure of the company including setup of IPPBX VOIP Phones
•Ensuring backup of data is always up to date and providing training towards IT management
•Analyzing key events from data logs to determine any issues with IT system and sensors daily whilst troubleshooting in a timely manner
•Parsing data from multiple IoT devices to structure the system in an organized fashion
•Providing End User support to all clients and any requirements outside the scope to assist in the growth of the business
