I am Shabbir, My qualification Diploma in Automobile & B.E Mechanical, I possess 13 years of work experience associated with BMW, Audi & Volkswagen Dealer as Workshop Manager and present location Bahrain working with MAN Trucks as Workshop Manager in below mentioned project.

As a Workshop Manager, my primary objective is to deliver high quality and timely service to clients with an efficient service team and team management. In order to do this, I will see to it that service personnel are given optimum training and assigned to positions fit for their abilities and to complied with long-term and short-term plans are set and implemented with target goals and performance appraisal are done regularly. In my 13 years of experience in different companies has allowed me to enhance my skills in supervising personnel and extensive organizational tasks.
