Backend Developer (Python + Node) at BairesDev
As a Backend Developer, you will build and maintain highly performant, reliable, and scalable distributed backend services and APIs. You will coordinate with front-end teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless data flow and a high-quality user experience.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and Node.js.
- Architect and optimize server-side logic to support high-scale applications and distributed environments.
- Manage and integrate SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Maintain backend infrastructure and deployment workflows using containerization and Kubernetes.
- Ensure high standards of engineering quality through clean code, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of experience in Backend Development or Software Engineering.
- Proven expertise in building distributed backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing robust RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes for high-scale applications.
- Deep understanding of backend performance optimization and infrastructure-heavy environments.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
