This role will support critical infrastructure and emerging AI platform initiatives, with a strong focus on hands-on engineering and automation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in AWSSupport internal AI platform initiatives and data engineering projectsImplement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using TerraformDevelop and maintain automation, CI/CD pipelines, and self-healing systemsCollaborate with engineering teams on platform reliability and performanceSupport data workflows including ETL processes and managed Airflow environmentsWork in a highly technical, heads-down capacity (minimal business-facing interaction)Required Technical SkillsCloud & InfrastructureStrong experience with AWS core services:EC2VPCS3Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform required)AI / Emerging TechnologiesExperience with AWS AI services such as:BedrockAgent CoreNeptuneExposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude)ProgrammingProficiency in:Python (highly preferred)GolangNode.js (nice to have)DevOps PracticesCI/CD pipeline development and automationCloud monitoring, reliability, and self-healing systemsStrong understanding of modern DevOps and platform engineering practicesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting AI/ML platforms or data engineering environmentsFamiliarity with ETL pipelines and managed AirflowAbility to work effectively in a distributed/remote team environmentStrong problem-solving and independent execution skillsTeam & Reporting StructureReports into Engineering leadership (recently realigned under Radica)Works closely with DevOps team members and engineering stakeholdersCollaborative environment with established DevOps team members
