Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and hands-on Sales Operations and Data Analyst to manage and analyze sales-related information. The ideal candidate will consolidate, interpret, and present data strategically, as well as support event organization and reporting. Quick learning ability, autonomy to identify priorities, and the capacity to work with teams under tight schedules are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze quarterly sales data, identifying trends, seasonality, and deviations (e.g., best and worst-selling items).

Participate in and lead weekly forecast meetings, presenting information and insights based on collected data.

Receive and process sales files (Excel), consolidating and transforming data for analysis.

Maintain and improve established performance indicators (KPIs), with room for innovation while following existing frameworks.

Work with tools such as Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), Power Query, and ETL for data manipulation.

Build reports and dashboards in Power BI, integrated directly with Salesforce and Excel.

Organize sales events, including venue sourcing, payments, and logistics.

Develop PowerPoint presentations focusing on templates, layouts, and content for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or similar).

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP).

Experience with ETL tools (Excel and Power Query).

Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce integration.

Strong analytical skills for interpreting charts and sales data.

Advanced English for training, technical materials, and occasional communication.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Familiarity with SharePoint for accessing and organizing files.

Desirable:

Knowledge of design and layout for creating presentations.

Experience in organizing corporate events.
