Along with our partner, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their team. This role will play a critical part in driving data-informed decision-making across their organization.

The Data

Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and structuring and evaluating holdout tests.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical foundation, hands-on experience with BI tools, a solid understanding of experimentation methodologies (including incrementality and holdout testing), as well as strong communication skills to closely collaborate with executive-level stakeholders.

  • *Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute automated reports and dashboards across key business functions, including marketing, inventory management, merchandising, and pricing.
  • Assess creative performance using Motion to identify trends in content, formats, or products to improve their marketing mix.
  • Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests, ensuring statistical rigor and providing clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to evaluate incremental lift and long-term impact using holdout and experimentation frameworks.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance against established KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, finance, and sales—to understand data needs and proactively deliver insights that support business objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting, experimentation, and analytical best practices.
  • *Qualifications & Skills:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
  • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, including A/B testing, holdout testing, and experimental design.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands is a plus
