Executive Assistant

Resend is growing fast, and there are now over 1 million developers using it. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support and enable the executive office for scale. You will work daily in-step with the CEO and Founder to anticipate and ship priorities quickly.

This role is ideal for a high-agency, detailed, and quality driven operator that can meet and accelerate the Founder’s energy and manage the executive’s office. The work is fast-paced, highly visible and constantly evolving.

This role is fully remote, based in Brazil, with some expected travel for team offsites, conferences, meetups, and more.

In this role, you will…

Provide daily support to the CEO, including triaging his inbox, managing his calendar and handling other daily priorities across multiple time zones

Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep the executive office running smoothly

Support the executive team with end-to-end travel arrangements for themselves or hosted events— including itineraries, flights, and accommodations

Support Ops for internal and external events, including managing vendors, purchasing orders, and shipping logistics

Manage special projects and ad hoc requests as they arise from the executive office

Act as backup support for internal services as needed

3+ years of experience supporting executive leadership in scaling environments

Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality

Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and strong judgment

Comfort operating in ambiguity and proactively taking ownership of work
