About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Python proficiency and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. Familiarity with Go would be a plus. The role will contribute to the maintenance of production systems and the development of new capabilities while working across the full stack in a cloud-native, Linux-based environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with Python web frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, Dash, Django, or Streamlit.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and backend service architecture.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control, branching workflows, pull requests, and collaborative code management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Elastic Load Balancing, and backup/restore mechanisms.
• Demonstrated ability to work in Linux server environments, including file system navigation, shell scripting, process and service management.
• Familiarity with Go would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal Python-based web applications and Go backend services supporting operational workflows.
• Support and enhance existing production systems by identifying bugs, improving performance, and optimizing deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Go-based services and codebases by reading, understanding, and contributing where needed to support cross-service functionality.
• Manage and configure AWS infrastructure including EC2 instances, load balancers, RDS/PostgreSQL database setup, S3 storage, and backup mechanisms.
• Administer and navigate Linux server environments, including user management, process monitoring, and system configuration.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows to support reliable, repeatable delivery.
• Work with containerized application environments using Docker and related tooling across cloud and local contexts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and models, such as coding assistants, language models, and automation agents, to augment development velocity, code quality, and problem-solving without replacing engineering judgment.
• Contribute to documentation of systems, processes, and codebases with clarity and accuracy.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices for security, maintainability, and performance.
