Full Stack Developer – Java/React

About The Opportunity We are looking for a hard-working Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will be working with one of the largest retail and e-commerce companies, building and evolving the digital platforms that power customer engagement, loyalty programs, and B2B commerce solutions used by millions of customers every day.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will join a strategic team within a large-scale digital transformation, using Java 17, Spring Boot, React, and cloud technologies (Azure/GCP) to build integrations and scalable services that directly impact customer-facing and business-critical systems. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java 17 and Spring Boot
• Build and integrate frontend features using React, Node.js, and Next.js within a microservices architecture
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (Azure and GCP), leveraging Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices to ensure reliable and automated delivery
• Collaborate closely with distributed cross-functional teams (product, QA, and engineering) communicating clearly and proactively across time zones
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold security best practices and coding quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Java 17 and Spring Boot for backend development in large-scale production environments
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms — Azure and/or GCP preferred
• Experienced with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or Elasticsearch

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with messaging systems such as Solace
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Splunk or New Relic
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI/ML integrations
