Full Stack Developer (Node, React)

We are seeking a strong full stack developer to build and maintain product features across frontend and backend workflows. This role will support delivery of application features, APIs, integrations, dashboards, workflow logic, and user-facing tools across the platform.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who is comfortable moving across frontend and backend work, shipping production features, resolving issues quickly, and contributing effectively in a fast-moving product environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Build frontend and backend product features using Node.js and React

Develop APIs, workflow logic, dashboards, integrations, and user-facing tools

Support product experiences involving approvals, evidence capture, traceability, assessments, and workflow automation

Fix bugs, improve usability, and contribute to production support

Participate in testing, code review, and release-readiness work

Work closely with technical leadership to deliver features quickly and cleanly

Contribute to engineering documentation and implementation quality

Essential Qualifications

Strong production experience with Node.js and React

Experience building SaaS or workflow-driven applications end-to-end

Comfortable consuming and building APIs

Able to work independently with clear technical direction

Strong execution discipline and willingness to work in an iterative product environment

Experience with data-heavy dashboards, admin tools, or workflow systems is a plus

Strong written and spoken English (daily collaboration in English)

Preferred Technical Background

React frontend development

Node.js backend development

REST APIs and service integrations

Workflow-driven user interfaces

Testing discipline and production support habits

Familiarity with enterprise software or compliance-oriented workflows is a plus

Success Criteria

Features are delivered quickly and with strong implementation quality

Frontend and backend work stays coordinated rather than fragmented

Bugs and usability issues are resolved without excessive oversight The developer works effectively within a product environment that includes governance, workflow automation, and operational dashboards
