We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a high-impact project. You’ll be the technical owner of features end-to-end, from database to browser, with a focus on performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, thrives in ambiguity, and communicates clearly. Requirements

• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails at production scale;
• Proven AWS infrastructure experience (systems that don’t wake you up at night);
• Solid skills with React/Redux for full feature delivery;
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and performance optimization;
• Experience integrating AI tools into development workflow;
• Strong communication and ownership mindset;
• Work with EST timezone. Responsibilities
• Own full-stack features from database to browser;
• Optimize data layers to eliminate performance bottlenecks;
• Improve Rails architecture for long-term maintainability;
• Build scalable AWS-based data pipelines;
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready React/Redux features;
• Use AI tools (e.g.

Claude

Code, Jules, Factory) as part of your daily development workflow;

• Communicate clearly and work independently in a high-ambiguity environment. Would be a plus
• Experience modernizing legacy Rails systems
• Familiarity with system design and long-term infrastructure planning
• Track record of optimizing query plans and execution times
