The Opportunity

We’re looking for a well-rounded developer with strong web fundamentals who is also excited about the evolving world of AI.

This is a hybrid role balancing core development and AI/automation. You’ll support ongoing development projects (primarily custom WordPress sites) while helping us design and implement AI-driven solutions internally and for clients (n8n, OpenAI, Claude). What You’ll Do

Core Development (Primary Focus)

Develop and maintain WordPress websites (custom themes, plugins, integrations)

Work with PHP, JavaScript, and modern web technologies

Build and integrate APIs and third-party services

Support ongoing client projects—feature development, optimizations, bug fixes

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers

AI & Automation (Growth Focus)

Assist in building AI-powered features using OpenAI, Claude, and similar tools

Develop and manage workflows using n8n or other automation platforms

Prototype and test new ideas that improve internal efficiency or client solutions

Stay current with AI trends and bring ideas to the table

Strong experience with WordPress development (custom builds, not just page builders)

Solid skills in PHP, JavaScript, and API integrations

Comfortable working across the stack and solving real-world problems

Interest or experience in AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

Exposure to or curiosity about automation tools (n8n, Zapier, etc.)

Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small, high-impact team

Someone who enjoys both structured development work and exploratory innovation
