Full-Stack Senior PHP Developer

After establishing a strong product with a fully remote U.S. team while 2xing revenue year over year, we’re now looking for the inaugural elite members to build and grow our Latam team. About You

Versatile and hands-on doer, starter attitude

Ability and willingness to work cross-functionally

Experience working with non-tech colleagues Core Responsibilities Develop PHP based features end to end

Address complex refactoring challenges in legacy PHP systems

Debug and repair broken or overly buggy code

Contribute to code reviews, QA, and an Agile development process

Participate in architectural planning and technical roadmapping Must Have 3+ years building full-stack applications with PHP backend

English Fluency

Experience writing front end JavaScript

Experience with SQL

API development expertise

Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently

Growth-oriented approach Nice to Have Modern PHP framework knowledge such as Laravel

Component-based JS framework experience

Cloud deployments experience

Test automation experience

Microservices development experience

Educational software or SaaS platforms expertise

Data integration expertise
