Full Stack Tech Lead (Java + Angular)

Remote Opportunity | CLT | Brazil-Based | Full Stack Tech Lead (Java + Angular) We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead with strong front-end expertise in Angular and solid backend experience in Java to join a fully remote and dynamic international environment (candidates must be based in Brazil).

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with Angular (focus on front-end architecture, performance, and UX)
• Solid backend experience with Java 17 (syntax, collections, best practices)
• Experience with Spring Boot and Maven
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs (design and integration)
• Proficiency in Git and Jira
• Solid understanding of data structures and programming logic
• Basic knowledge of Public Cloud environments Desirable Skills:
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Profile:
• 8+ years of experience in software development (Full Stack)
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, with ability to guide teams and make architectural decisions
• Strong focus on front-end excellence and user experience
• Advanced English (mandatory) – you will work in a global environment Additional Information:
