Monthly salary: $3,000 - $3,500 USD Along with our partner, we are seeking a Junior Integrations Engineer. You will join a dynamic tech team to support and enhance our partner's software solutions. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in problem-solving and are eager to expand their software development skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication/Troubleshooting (60%):

Apply technical expertise to fix code, adjust software settings, and optimize performance

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with customers in a timely and effective manner

Quickly pinpoint software bugs, system malfunctions, and user-reported errors

Update software applications to enhance functionality and security

Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth operation and performance of applications

Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference Software Development (40%):

Participate in the development and maintenance of software integrations in a clinical setting. You will develop integrations to enable seamless communication between various medical software systems, devices and instruments, and our product

Write end-to-end tests and refactor code to improve maintainability and reusability

Collaborate with customers and team members to refine software functionalities and improve user experience Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with a focus on Python

Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Familiarity with ETL processes

Proficient in both written and verbal English communication
