Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in real-time Java development, with a strong track record of delivering robust, high-performance solutions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication within an international team. (Minimum B2)
• Solid experience with Github, JaCoCo Java Code Coverage Highly Desirable Experience:

-Proven expertise in implementing solutions within the Caplin product.

-Solid experience with FIX protocol, including the design and implementation of FIX-based integrations.

-Practical experience with Node.js, particularly in the context of financial or trading systems.
