Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with strong Python programming, machine learning, and debugging expertise. The ideal candidate will develop, test, optimize, and validate machine learning models and engineering solutions in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, test, and validate machine learning models and components.
• Build reproducible training, inference, and evaluation workflows using Python and command-line tools.
• Develop data pipelines, numerical methods, evaluation systems, and supporting infrastructure.
• Debug complex code, numerical issues, and system-level failures.
• Optimize memory usage, computational efficiency, and model performance.
• Design, solve, review, and validate complex machine learning engineering tasks.
• Verify implementations against defined correctness and performance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong professional or research experience in machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents or equivalent AI-assisted coding tools.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, coding, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently develop, test, review, and validate technical implementations.
