Participate actively in agile development practices, including Scrum or Kanban ceremonies
Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to align on requirements and technical solutions
Develop and enhance backend applications using Java and Quarkus
Maintain and improve the stability and reliability of the production environment
Troubleshoot technical issues and propose scalable improvements
Contribute to best practices related to software development, performance optimization, and observability
Support continuous improvement initiatives across development workflows
4+ years of experience in Java development using recent Java versions
Knowledge of AWS services including SQS, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
Experience working with relational databases, preferably MySQL
Experience with containerized environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with modern Java frameworks such as Quarkus or Spring Boot
