Join BRP's central Data & Analytics team (DNA) as a Python Developer and bring your skills and drive to our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who seeks to blend their Python development experience with the predictive power of analytics and machine learning to unlock new opportunities for BRP.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines and web applications

Contribute to the development and deployment of machine learning and advanced analytics pipelines.

Adhere to sound software engineering principles, including version control, testing, and documentation.

Deploy and monitor Python applications in a production environment, ensuring reliability and performance.

Collaborate effectively with data scientists, analysts, and other engineers to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data acquisition and processing.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related fields.

3+ years of experience working with Python development.

Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.

Ability to write, deploy and document clean code adhering to software engineering best practices.

Proven experience deploying and maintaining code in production environments.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Curiosity and drive to continuously learn.

Oral and written fluency in English.

STAND OUT WITH...

Knowledge of front-end and back-end web development

Hands-on experience with web scraping libraries and frameworks (e.g. Playwright).

Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).

Experience with end-to-end machine learning platforms like Dataiku.

Familiarity with the French language.
